Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground dark pepper
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup long grain rice
- 11 cups water
- 2 lustrous tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2-3 potatoes cubed
- 1 lustrous carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon overwhelmed coriander seeds
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- cilantro springs and lemon wedge, to garnish
Directions:
- In a sensible mixing bowl combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, dark pepper, onions, and rice.
- Mix all components collectively and roll out about 36 to 40 1-toddle meatballs.

- Add tomato sauce, coriander, and cilantro and permit to approach motivate to a boil so the complete flavors approach collectively, about 10 minutes.
- Ladle soup with about 5 meatballs per bowl.
- Garnish with cilantro sprigs and lime wedges, and abet with warm corn tortillas.
