Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Scuttle 2 tablespoons oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a fat bowl. Add broccoli, peppers and onion; toss to coat. Switch to a fat rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring once, till the vegetables are gentle, about 20 minutes. Reduce the peppers when chilly sufficient to handle.
Stir the final 1 tablespoon oil into rice. Predicament about 3/4 cup of the rice in each and each of 4 2-cup microwave-friendly, lidded containers. Divide chickpeas and the roasted vegetables amongst the bowls. Top each and each with 1 tablespoon pesto.
To reheat: Microwave each and each container on Excessive till heated thru, 1 to 2 minutes.
