stock (pork or chicken) or water

dairy free butter
Instructions
- In bowl, mix collectively pork, chopped onion, water, salt, pepper and crushed red chilies. Shape into four 1/2-walk thick patties.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat. Once the pan is heated, topic the patties on the pan. Cook dinner till patties are browned on all sides. Switch to plate, order aside.
