System:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1¾ cups cake flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ teasp baking powder
- 1½ teasp baking soda
- 1 teasp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teasp vanilla extract
- 2 ozunsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- Grease and flour two 9″ spherical pans.
- In a tall bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, melted chocolate, and vanilla. Beat on medium bustle of electrical mixer 2 minutes.
- Lope in water. Batter will seemingly be skinny.
- Pour batter evenly into ready pans.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or till a wooden steal inserted in center comes out honest.
- Frigid 10 minutes and lift some distance from pans to wire racks to total cooling.
- Frost.
