Substances:
- * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- * 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- * 2 tablespoons pimenton (or substitute a cushty paprika powder)
- * 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili
- * 3 teaspoon ground cumin
- * 500g ground crimson meat
- * 800g tomatoes, chopped
- * 2 x 400g cans shaded beans , rinsed and drained
- * 1 lime, juiced
- * 2 spring onions, chopped
- * 100g new cilantro, chopped
- * 70g feta cheese, crumbled (no longer compulsory)
- * Salt and freshly cracked pepper
