Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lard
- 3 dinky yellow onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, finely chopped
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 2 lbs. ground pink meat chuck
- 1/2 cup dry pink wine
- 2 3/4 cups canned tomato purée
