- * 4 cup vegetable stock
- * 1/2 cup white wine
- * 1 cup rice (i exercise brown)
- * 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
- * 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
- * 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- * 1/2 cup mushroom, thinly sliced

- Carry vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
