Luscious, creamy vegetable risotto that is comforting and wholesome.


  • * 4 cup vegetable stock
  • * 1/2 cup white wine
  • * 1 cup rice (i exercise brown)
  • * 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • * 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
  • * 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
  • * 1/2 cup mushroom, thinly sliced
  • * salt and pepper to model


  1. Carry vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
