Spiced Beef and Coconut Noodle Accelerate-Fry

  • 450g red meat minute steaks (at room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon red meat spice mix

  • 350g new noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3–4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled, minimize in half lengthways and thinly sliced on an angle
  • 4 toddler bok choy, minimize in half lengthways and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon aloof sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish or soy sauce


  1. a paunchy kettle to the boil.
  2. Pat red meat dry with paper towels and minimize into 1.5cm–2cm wide strips. Sing in a medium bowl with red meat spice mix and olive oil. Toss to coat correctly and web page aside.
