- 3 leeks, trimmed, washed and roughly sliced

STEP 1
In a shallow microwavable dish toss the leeks in half of the butter and cook dinner on Excessive for five minutes unless they open to soften. Accelerate within the cabbage and mushrooms and add the crème fraîche. Lay the potato slices over the greens urgent them down with a fish reduce.
