- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of floor fenugreek (non-obligatory)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound diminutive okra, halved lengthwise
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons original lemon juice
- 2 cups complete milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 diminutive cucumber, peeled and grated
- 4 tablespoons chopped original mint
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
