    medium plums, halved, pitted &, thinly sliced

    super egg

    teaspoons baking powder

    cup buttermilk


  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Situation 6 tablespoons of melted butter in 9″ round cake pan, add brown sugar and unfold evenly on backside.
  • Arrange plums across the pan overlapping and space blueberries in the center.
  • In super bowl, cream closing butter with sugar and lemon zest, add egg and beat until mixed.
  • In medium bowl, proceed together the flour, baking powder& salt.
  • Add flour combination to butter combination in three batches, alternating with the milk.
  • Pour batter into cake pan and unfold evenly over plums.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clear- about 50 minutes.
  • Chilly 10 minutes.
  • Let chilly 10 minutes, then invert to plate.
