instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Situation 6 tablespoons of melted butter in 9″ round cake pan, add brown sugar and unfold evenly on backside.
- Arrange plums across the pan overlapping and space blueberries in the center.
- In super bowl, cream closing butter with sugar and lemon zest, add egg and beat until mixed.
- In medium bowl, proceed together the flour, baking powder& salt.
- Add flour combination to butter combination in three batches, alternating with the milk.
- Pour batter into cake pan and unfold evenly over plums.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clear- about 50 minutes.
- Chilly 10 minutes.
- Let chilly 10 minutes, then invert to plate.
