Red meat Stew With Cilantro Rice
Substances:
- 1 1/2 lb or .6 kgs of stewing beef sever into 1 in cubes
- 4 cup beef inventory
- 2 cup water
- 1/3 cup all-motive flour
- 1/2 cup crimson wine
- 1 medium yellow onion – sever into thick slices
- 4 x cloves of garlic – overwhelmed or chopped intellectual
- 2 stalks celery – sever into 2 in chunks
- 4 x carrots – sever into 1 in chunks
- 2 medium white potatoes – sever into 1 in chunks
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 springs fresh rosemary
- 3 springs fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup prolonged grain rice
- 1 3/4 cup water
