  • 4 Sizable carrots, mammoth chunks
  • 3 Sizable cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Bottle faithful Cabernet
  • 1/2 Cup Brandy
  • 2 Cups Red meat Stock
  • 1 TBS Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Recent thyme
  • 1/2 Cup melted butter + 2 TBS butter
  • 3 TBS Flour
  • 1 Pound Cremini mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
