Substances:
- •1 cup coconut flour
- •1 & ½ cups almond flour
- •¼ cup Truvia
- •1&1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- •1&1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- •½ tsp. clove
- •¼ tsp salt
- •3 eggs
- •⅔ cup egg whites
- •1&1/2 tsp vanilla
- •1 can pumpkin puree' (15 oz)
Instructions:
- Pre-warmth the oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9 by 5 loaf pan thoroughly with butter or coconut cooking spray! I mixed the dry substances in one bowl and the wet in one other.
