  • 2 eggs, lightly crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • >> now not predominant
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 6 dates

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven > 350 levels fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the coconut oil and syrup.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and pulp (and optionally, the banana). Combine correctly.
