- 1 potato, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 teaspoon chopped chives
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup packaged breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 505 gram cans of red meat and vegetable soup
- 1 cup water

Boil or microwave potato till soft; drain. Mash potato, then hurry in egg, chives and flour and cheese till well blended.

Form tablespoons of mixture into patties; coat in breadcrumbs. Warmth just a few oil in a shallow frying pan; cook dumplings till browned lightly, drain well on absorbent paper.

Warmth red meat or vegetable soup and water in a gigantic saucepan till hot (raise out no longer boil). Support bowls of soup topped with potato dumplings.
