Pork Italian Soup
One (one cup) serving is gorgeous 2 Green, 1 Blue, 1 Red Points.
Ingredients:
- * cooking spray
- * 2 (14.5 ounce) can stout free, low sodium beef broth
- * 2-1/2 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- * 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, low sodium
- * 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- * 1/2 cup chopped onion
- * 1 teaspoon italian seasoning from an italian dressing packet
- * 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- * 1 (15 ounce) can white kidney bean, rinsed and drained
- * 1/2 pound lean thin scale back thought of round steak
- * 1/4 cup snipped parsley
Instructions:
- Spray mountainous cooking pot with cooking spray. Warmth to medium heat and add chopped onions and carrots. Cook 3-5 minutes or till the vegetables commence up to melt.
- Whereas the vegetables are cooking scale back steak into puny cubes.
- Originate cans. Rinse and drain beans.
- Add the rest of the ingredient other than the parsley. Lift boiling. Quilt and enable to cook dinner at medium heat for roughly 20-25 minutes, or till the cabbage is softened.
- Combine in parsley and enable to cook dinner but another minute.
