Pork Italian Soup

One (one cup) serving is gorgeous 2 Green, 1 Blue, 1 Red Points.

Ingredients:

  • * cooking spray
  • * 2 (14.5 ounce) can stout free, low sodium beef broth
  • * 2-1/2 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • * 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, low sodium
  • * 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • * 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • * 1 teaspoon italian seasoning from an italian dressing packet
  • * 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • * 1 (15 ounce) can white kidney bean, rinsed and drained
  • * 1/2 pound lean thin scale back thought of round steak
  • * 1/4 cup snipped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Spray mountainous cooking pot with cooking spray. Warmth to medium heat and add chopped onions and carrots. Cook 3-5 minutes or till the vegetables commence up to melt.
  2. Whereas the vegetables are cooking scale back steak into puny cubes.
