Heat oven to 400° F. Go off four 15-stoop squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil and do up on 2 baking sheets.

Divide the bok choy and bell pepper evenly among the squares, living the halibut fillets on high, sprinkle with dark pepper, and high with the scallions and zest.

In a miniature bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and ginger. Spoon the combination evenly over the halibut.

High every fillet with yet every other square of parchment or foil and fold the edges over quite quite a bit of cases to seal. Bake for 15 minutes.

Switch every packet to a plate. Serve with a knife to gash open the bundle. Be careful of the steam that will escape.
