Pineapple & Champagne Mango Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 medium pineapple, ripe, peeled and within the nick rate of into 1/2 dart thick slices
- 1 microscopic champagne mango, peeled
- 1/2 c gentle brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c bitter cream
