Instructions

Heat the peanut butter in a big stock pot over medium heat till melted, about 5 minutes. Race beef stock and tomato paste into the the melted peanut butter. Add stew meat, elevate heat to excessive, and cook till the beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Minimize heat to low and cook at a simmer till the beef is cooked thru, about quarter-hour extra.

Race peas, onion, banana quash, chayote squash, carrot, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, salt, and bay leaf into the beef combination; elevate to a simmer and cook till the greens are tender, about 20 minutes.
