- 1/4 c. rooster broth
- 3 tbsp. dry sherry or rooster broth
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce

- Step 1In a medium bowl, mix the broth, sherry or broth, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, sesame oil, and pink-pepper flakes. Add the pork, tossing to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
