Ingredients: * 2lb sweet potato (i used hannah sweet potato, which happen to be; white),; * 4-5 large carrot,; * 1/2 cup almond meal (i used bob's red mill); * 1/2 tsp paprika; * 1/2 tsp sea salt; * 1/4 tsp black pepper; * 2-3lb boneless beef chuck; * 1 large yellow onion,; * 8 mushroom, cut in 1/2; * 2 stalk celery,; * 16 oz frozen pea, thawed; * 2 cup broth (bone broth or beef broth would work); * 1/4 cup tomato paste; * 1 tbsp coconut amino; * 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar; * 1 tsp maple syrup; * pinch of ground clove; * sea salt and pepper to taste; * 2 tbsp lard or butter
