Mom’s Beef Burgundy Stew

Factors:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lbs toddler purple potatoes (about 1 1/2 inches diameter)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 (10 ounce) can pork consomme
  • 2 wide onions , thinly sliced
  • 18 current button mushrooms , halved (or quartered, counting on measurement)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • granulated garlic, to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) equipment frozen artichoke hearts , thawed and quartered
  • 2 1/2 lbs lean stewing pork, minimize into 1 1/2 slip cubes
  • 1 cup Burgundy wine
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil or butter (or a combination of both)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
