Mom’s Beef Burgundy Stew
Factors:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lbs toddler purple potatoes (about 1 1/2 inches diameter)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 (10 ounce) can pork consomme
- 2 wide onions , thinly sliced
- 18 current button mushrooms , halved (or quartered, counting on measurement)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- granulated garlic, to taste
- 1 (10 ounce) equipment frozen artichoke hearts , thawed and quartered
- 2 1/2 lbs lean stewing pork, minimize into 1 1/2 slip cubes
- 1 cup Burgundy wine
- 4 tablespoons olive oil or butter (or a combination of both)
- salt and pepper, to taste
