  • 1 lbs of ground crimson meat
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tiny onion (finely diced)
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 cup of Mexican salsa (recipe here)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 inexperienced onions gash


  1. Begin by cooking the rice per equipment directions.
  2. In a skillet, warmth up 2 tbsp of olive oil.
