Substances:
- 1 lbs of ground crimson meat
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tiny onion (finely diced)
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 cup of Mexican salsa (recipe here)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 inexperienced onions gash
Directions:
- Begin by cooking the rice per equipment directions.
- In a skillet, warmth up 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Add in the garlic and cook dinner 1 minute.
- Add in the onion and cook dinner till translucide (about 5 minutes)
- Add in the crimson meat and cook dinner till no purple remains (about 5 minutes)
- Add in the chili powder and cumin and cook dinner for 1 minute.
- Add in the salsa.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn off the warmth and mix in the cooked rice and transfer the combination to an oven true dish.
- High with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 375 F for 20 minutes or till the cheese is melted and bubbly.
