  • * 2 cup flour
  • * 2 tsp baking soda
  • * 1 cup sugar
  • * 4 tb cocoa
  • * 1 cup mayo
  • * 1 cup water
  • * 1 tsp vanilla
  • for the frosting:
  • * 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • * 1/4 cup milk (might well have to add 1 -2 tbsp milk extra)
  • * 1/4 cup butter
  • * 3/4 cup unlit chocolate chip

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 levels.
