    teaspoons msg (possibility)

    teaspoons oyster sauce

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 14

    cup sesame seeds

  • 2

    cups oil


  • lower beef into 1/8 gallop thick.
  • mix garlics and ginger.
  • place all ingredients into a bowl with beef and use your fingertips to totally coat the beef.
  • plot the beef strips onto racks and let it take a seat within the sun to dry.
  • deep fry jerky for 15 seconds and serves.
