Kare Kare Rooster Wings Recipe
Formulation:
- 4 pounds rooster wings
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
- Combine all substances for the marinade and marinate for at the least 12 hours.
