Irish Pork Stew
Ingredients:
- 3/4 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped unique parsley
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 natty onion , chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 cups red meat stock or canned red meat broth
- 2 cups carrots , peeled and cubed, . 5 crawl objects
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic , bud peeled and scale back the cloves into natty chunks
- 3 lbs potatoes , peeled and cubed . 5 crawl objects (about 7 cups)
- 1 1/4 lbs stewing red meat , scale back into 1 crawl objects
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
