Formula:
- * 1 tablespoon olive oil
- * 2 pound crimson meat flank steak or roast (no longer stew meat)
- * 1 cup crimson meat broth
- * 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- * 1 minute onion, sliced
- * 1 inexperienced bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- * 2 clove garlic or more to taste chopped
- * 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- * 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- * 1/2 cup chopped original cilantro
- * 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together within the crockpot.
- Lumber except neatly blended.
- Put together dinner on High for 4 hours, or on Low for as a lot as 8 hours.
- Take the crimson meat to a reducing board and shred the crimson meat. Return the crimson meat to the crock pot and put together dinner for one more half-hour.
- Help over rice (cauliflower rice or yellow rice).
