Formula:

  • * 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • * 2 pound crimson meat flank steak or roast (no longer stew meat)
  • * 1 cup crimson meat broth
  • * 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • * 1 minute onion, sliced
  • * 1 inexperienced bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • * 2 clove garlic or more to taste chopped
  • * 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • * 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • * 1/2 cup chopped original cilantro
  • * 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together within the crockpot.
  2. Lumber except neatly blended.
