Gluten-Free Chocolate Bundt Cake
Formula:
- 1 1/4 cups sizzling espresso (we employ decaf for the kiddo)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 150 grams teff flour
- 100 grams candy rice flour
- 100 grams potato starch
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar (we employ natural cane sugar right here)
- 3 orderly eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil (we dilapidated canola right here)
