Warmth oven to 350°F. Spray 11×7-run (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, cook dates and water over medium-low warmth 8 minutes or till dates are softened and liquid has evaporated. In food processor, arrangement date mixture. Bake 25 to half-hour or till build. Frigid 10 minutes. Abet warmth with whipped cream; sprinkle with cocoa.
