Substances:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons quick coffee
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 sizable eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 4 cups carrots , finely grated (measure after grating)
- 1 cup pecans , chopped (measure after cutting)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups all-cause flour
