- 2 1/2 c sliced original mushrooms
- 3/4 c sliced green onions or 1 med chopped onion
- 3 clove original garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp shaded pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 1/2 c beef broth, diminished sodium
- 2/3 c crimson cooking wine
- 1 1/2 c light sour cream
- 1/4 c frigid water
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- sprig(s) original parsley (non-significant)
Directions
1 In colossal skillet, in hot oil, cook dinner (within the low cost of up) beef stew until browned. Characteristic apart
2 In 4 qt gradual cooker, space mushrooms, onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Add browned beef. Pour beef broth & cooking wine over all ingred.

4 In med bowl, mix sour cream, water & cornstarch. Crawl about 1 cup of the recent liquid into sour cream mixture. Crawl sour cream mixture into cooker. Quilt & cook dinner for an additional 30 min or until thickened. If desired, shimmering forward of serving sprinkle with parsley. Attend over cooked complete wheat pasta or brown rice.
