Components:
- 2.5 lbs pork, ie stew meat
- Olive oil or peanut oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 3 bay leaves
- Handful of peppercorns
Instructions:
- Heat 1-2 Tbsp oil In a skillet or wok on High heat, hasty sear meat so properly and darkly (is that a phrase) browned. Transfer to crockpot.
- Pour soy and vinegar in sizzling skillet/wok, with garlic and peppercorns, and hasty deglaze pan. Pour over meat in crockpot. Add the bay leaf.
- Cook dinner on low 8 hour or on excessive 4 hours.
- Wait on on mattress of rice or noodles.
- Camouflage: I did a combo, because I didn't starting up except 1 within the afternoon: 2 hrs on excessive, 3 on low. Meat came out so appetizing and cushy.
