Cinnamon coffee pecan cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 cups straightforward flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp instantaneous espresso coffee, dissolved in 3 tbsp warmth water
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
- Topping:
- ½ cup straightforward flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup pecans, coarsely floor
- Powder sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 340F and grease a 22cm cake pan.
- Sift together the baking powder, flour and salt. Disclose apart.
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs and instantaneous coffee. Alternately beat within the sifted substances and milk. Add Pecans, stride and pour within the pan.
- Combine flour and cinnamon, rub in butter and add Pecans. Mix well and sprinkle over the cease. Bake for approximately 60 minutes. Cool earlier than cutting. Mud with powder sugar.
