Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bitter cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 oz.chocolate chips
