Chilli Salt & Pepper Squid With Smacked Cucumber Salad
Substances:
- vegetable oil, for deep-frying plus relatively extra
- 450 g medium-sized squid, cleaned
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 3 tablespoon semolina
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 medium-hot red chilli, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 1 toddler cucumber
- 4 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 small red onion, minimize into very gorgeous wedges
- salt and freshly ground shadowy pepper
