instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 levels.
- Grease and flour Two 9 proceed cake pans.
- Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl.
- In a seperate bowl cream the eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix properly, then fold within the walnuts, coconut, carrots and pineapple.
- Pour into cake pans and cook on heart rack for 50 minutes, till edges are pulling back a tiny and a toothpick enroll heart comes out dapper.
- Put aside on rack till utterly chilly (can consume a couple hours) then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
- (Alternatively it could be cooked in a sq. or rectangle pan, frosted and served straight from pan in preference to as a 2 layer cake).
