  • 4 kilos crimson meat immediate ribs
  • incorrect salt and dark pepper
  • 3 cups Zinfandel
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups crimson meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 sprigs contemporary thyme, leaves simplest

  • 6 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 mountainous onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 ounces dried mushrooms, ideally porcini


  1. Season the immediate ribs with salt and pepper; be rather smartly-behaved.
