Bitter Cream Espresso Cake
Substances:
- * 12 tablespoon (1 1/2 stick) unsalted butter at room temperature
- * 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- * 3 staunch egg plus 1 egg white at room temperature
- * 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- * 1 1/4 cup bitter cream
- * 2 1/2 cup cake flour (no longer self rising)
- * 1 tsp cinnamon
- * 2 tsp baking powder
- * 1/2 tsp baking soda
- * 1/4 tsp salt
- * for the streusel:
- * 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- * 1/2 cup all reason flour
- * 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- * ⅛ tsp salt
- * 3 tbsp cool unsalted butter,
- * for the glaze:
- * 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- * 2 tbsp global satisfaction sugar free caramel macchiato
