BEEF STROGANOFF WITH ZIMA TOMATOES
Substances:
- * olive oil cooking spray
- * 1 lb of boneless beef stew meat
- * 1 1/2 cup of bow tie pasta
- * 1/2 lb portobello mushroom, sliced
- * 1/3 cup chopped onion
- * 2 garlic clove chopped
- * 2 teaspoon olive oil
- * 1 tablespoon worcestershire
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * 2 tablespoon flour
- * 3 cup beef broth
- * 1/3 cup bitter cream
- * 1/3 cup zima tomato (more if desired)
- * salt and pepper
Directions:
- Prepare your meat: In a medium, pot add meat, Add 2 cups of beef broth with ΒΌ teaspoon of salt, conceal and bring to boil, slit heat to low cook for 1 hour (along side broth) as desired- till meat is tender.
