Beef and noodle salad

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 250 gram bean thread noodles
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced thinly

  • 1 lebanese cucumber, seeded, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed unique coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unique thai basil
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) candy chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce

    Combine beef, soy sauce and half of of the oil in medium bowl; toss to coat beef in marinade.
