BBQ Crimson meat and Idaho® Potato Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 kilos ground crimson meat
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce, gentle
  • 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded diminished beefy cheddar chesse
  • 4 cups willing instantaneous Idaho® mashed potatoes

Directions:

  1. In a huge saucepan or Dutch oven casserole over medium-high heat, crumble ground crimson meat except neatly browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. In moderation drain off beefy and return to heat. Add BBQ sauce and fling neatly to combine. When sauce is heated through, 2-3 minutes, lower heat to low and cowl to effect heat.
  3. Cook dinner frozen peas in step with instructions on rep. Drain and cowl to effect heat.
  4. Prepare instantaneous Idaho® mashed potatoes in step with instructions. Duvet to effect heat.
  5. To assemble a bowl: Spoon about 1/2 cup willing mashed potatoes correct into a broad, shallow bowl. Spoon about 1/3 cup BBQ crimson meat over the potatoes. High with 1/4 cup peas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese as desired. Reduction correct now.
