Ingredients
- 2 cup (320g) blanched almonds
- 2 cup (500ml) buttermilk
- 2 cup (500ml) milk
- 1/3 cup (75g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
- pinch nutmeg

Mix nuts, buttermilk and half the milk till gentle.

Rush final milk and sugar in shrimp saucepan over warmth till sugar dissolves. Cool.

Mix almond mixture and milk mixture in huge jug; high-tail in orange blossom water. Refrigerate 3 hours or till required.

Attend almond milk over ice; sprinkle with nutmeg.
