Ingredients

    udon noodles

  • 2 tablespoons

    rice oil or vegetable oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon

    freshly grated ginger


  • 2 tablespoons

    corn starch


  • 4 tablespoons

    soy sauce


  • 1 tablespoon

    oyster sauce, honey, lemon juice


  • 150 milliliters

    water

  • black pepper


  • 20 grams

    unusual basil leaves

Instructions
  1. Cook rice noodles in response to kit instructions.

    Pat the shrimps dry.
    Heat the oil in a spacious skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil shimmers, add the shrimps and fry till purple, stirring in most cases, about 3-4 minutes per side.
