Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, grated
  • bunch spring onions, sliced, plus extra strips to abet
  • 1 garlic clove, beaten
  • 3cm/1¼ go portion ginger, grated
  • 400g block company tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 2 eggs, evenly beaten
  • 2 tbsp every sesame and vegetable oil
  • sweet chilli sauce, to abet

Formulation

  • STEP 1

    Mix the entire formula excluding the oils in a huge bowl with some seasoning and mix neatly. Warmth every the oils in a frying pan. Grease an 8cm metal pastry ring or cookie cutter and space within the pan. When hot, pour 5 tbsp of the batter in and turn the warmth the whole trend down to medium.

  • STEP 2

    Put together dinner 4-5 minutes unless golden, then desire off the ring (be careful, as it can simply be hot), flip the pattie and cook the opposite facet.
