  • 2 tablespoons

    butter

  • 1 cup

    finely chopped onion

  • 1 pound

    floor pork

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • 2 teaspoons

    salt, divided

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    sunless pepper, divided

  • 2 tablespoons

    flour

  • 1 cup

    pork broth

  • 2 tablespoons

    worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup

    heavy cream

  • 1

    equipment egg noodles, cooked & strained

  • 1/2 cup

    original parsley, finely chopped
Directions
  1. Heat a deep skillet over medium warmth, soften the butter, then add the chopped onions.
  2. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add the pork and garlic, mix wisely.
  3. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper, and cook unless pork is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the flour and blend wisely.
  5. Add the broth, cream, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and enlighten to a boil.
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes unless mixture thickens.
  7. Space cooked egg noodles in a obliging baking dish and pour pork mixture over the head mixing wisely.
  8. Sprinkle with original parsley, and attend hot.
