Directions
- Heat a deep skillet over medium warmth, soften the butter, then add the chopped onions.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, then add the pork and garlic, mix wisely.
- Add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper, and cook unless pork is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the flour and blend wisely.
- Add the broth, cream, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and enlighten to a boil.
- Cook 2-3 minutes unless mixture thickens.
