Substances:
- 1 complete sheet puffed pastry, decrease in half of
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 3 complete apples, cored, halved and sliced, however no longer peeled
- Store-bought caramel sauce, for serving
