Tailored from Maialino’s Olive Oil Cake. Substituted almond & coconut flours for all objective flour and monkfruit for subtle sugar to create this SF/GF & low-carb/keto kindly. Admire the addition of cloves to drag in conjunction with the orange. Makes a truly moist cake with a bread-pudding-fancy consistency. —RK Barry

  • 1 3/4 cups

    Almond Flour


  • 1 tablespoon

    Coconut Flour


  • 1 1/2 teaspoons

    Kosher Salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    Baking Powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    Baking Soda


  • 3/4 teaspoon

    Ground Cloves


  • 1 3/4 cups

    Monkfruit Sweetener

  • Wet Formulation

  • 1 1/3 cups

    Further-virgin Olive Oil


  • 1 1/4 cups

    Total Milk


  • 3

    Monumental Eggs


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons

    Grated Orange Zest


  • 1/4 cup

    Unusual Orange Juice

Instructions
  1. Warmth oven to 350. Put collectively 9″ springform cake pan with butter or spray. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper and butter or spray the paper.
