Tailored from Maialino’s Olive Oil Cake. Substituted almond & coconut flours for all objective flour and monkfruit for subtle sugar to create this SF/GF & low-carb/keto kindly. Admire the addition of cloves to drag in conjunction with the orange. Makes a truly moist cake with a bread-pudding-fancy consistency. —RK Barry

Instructions
