Roast Turkey stuffed with Apple, Pistachio & Prune
Ingredients:
- 4.5kg – 5kg turkey (natural if imaginable)
- 250g unsalted butter
- 1 cup white wine (use something that you are going to fortunately drink over lunch, or at the same time as you put together lunch – I frail surely one of my favorites, Brokenwood Semillon)
- 4 day-inclined bread rolls (I frail 2 white and 2 grain), roughly torn into little pieces
- 1 brown onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Granny Smith apples, coarsely grated
- 250 grams pitted prunes, chopped
- 150 grams pistachios, peeled
- Tiny bunch memoir, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon chopped thyme leaves
- 2 lemons
- Glug of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
